I’m Atalanta Shaw, a BA (Hons) Photography graduate from Nottingham Trent University, working between fashion and art. My practice combines bold perspectives, stylised environments, and character-led imagery to create cinematic, surreal photographs.

Influenced by Tim Walker and Helmut Newton, I’m drawn to work that plays with scale, atmosphere, and attitude. I use photography to build small visual worlds — transforming everyday spaces into something strange, dramatic, and narrative-driven.

Each image feels like a fragment of a larger story, where fashion, character, and environment collide. Through experimentation with perspective and composition, I aim to push fashion imagery toward something more playful, expressive, and unexpected.

Based wherever it takes me, I’m interested in collaborating with publications and creative studios that champion bold visual storytelling.
